After a distinctive career leading another company’s profitability, Claudio decided it was time to establish his own Point of Sale company and apply the long-term standards of excellence missing in the industry. His previous professional experiences managing restaurants and bars gave him a clear direction and understanding of problem-solving. Claudio gets that influence and the clear communication skills are needed to help enable smooth execution across any point of service. He also understands that the key to running successful restaurants and increasing their profitability is supported by good technology and timely customer support services to solve problems immediately. He is committed to being accessible and responsive when technology or connection failures happen (and they do!).

Marko's journey in hospitality began six years ago while working onboard a cruise ship. He then got an opportunity to work in tech, supporting businesses and helping them succeed in running their day-to-day operations flawlessly.
